  1. What is RecruiterCircle?
    2. RecruiterCircle is an online service that makes it easy for independent recruiters to share high-quality job orders and candidates with one another in order to be more productive and generate more business. Unlike similar services, RecruiterCircle is exclusively for independent recruiters who specialize on full-time placements in the areas of Interactive Media and Technology.
  2. How does RecruiterCircle work?
    3. Using RecruiterCircle is simple. Having a hard time filling an important job order for one of your? Post the job order on RecruiterCircle and let other experienced members send qualified candidates to you. Have a couple of fantastic candidates but not quite the right job orders for them? Browse the pool of open job orders on RecruiterCircle and refer your candidate to another member. Either way, when a placement is made, you get paid. We have tried our best to design our service to be both simple and safe to use. RecruiterCircle takes care of the important details like logging candidate submissions, generating and recording placement agreements between members, and sending important event notifications.
  3. How much does it cost to use RecruiterCircle?
    4. We are only interested in active members who are committed to growing their business. Unfortunately, we find that even the folks with good intentions tend not to use services that are given away for free. That's why RecruiterCircle charges a monthly membership fee of $50. However, this fee is refunded in any month that a placement is made on RecruiterCircle. Beyond that, RecruiterCircle is paid for performance just like you. We collect a commission of as little as 4.0%% on placement fees you earn through RecruiterCircle.
  4. Who uses RecruiterCircle?
    5. RecruiterCircle is intended primarily for experience, independent recruiters who specialize on full-time placements in the areas of Interactive Media and Technology. We take great care in screening each new prospective member to make sure they are serious recruiters with the experience to ensure that they can be contributing members. Most new members are referred to us by current members.
  5. How do I get started?
    6. If you are not already a member, you will need to fill out the membership application. Shortly afterward, an account representative will contact you to answer your questions and learn more about your business in order to determine whether RecruiterCircle is for you. Once you have an account, we suggest that you get started by posting a few of your open job orders.
  6. Who can see the jobs orders that I post?
    7. Job orders that you post on RecruiterCircle are immediately visible to all members until they are closed or expire. However, certain fields of your job orders (e.g. client name, private notes, submitted candidates) are never visible to anyone but you.
  7. Who can see the candidates that I post?
    8. Any candidate profile that you post on RecruiterCircle is private. It remains private until you submit that candidate to an open job order, at which point, the member who owns the job order will be able to view a masked version of the candidate profile. Only after the other member has signed a placement agreement with you, will she be permitted to see the candidate's full profile
  8. How does RecruiterCircle prevent poaching?
    9. RecruiterCircle has taken great care to cultivate a safe environment with trusted members and rules to protect the interests of all participants. Additionally, members must have your consent and accept a placement agreement before contacting your candidates, and you are never obligated to reveal identifying client information to other members. Still, we strongly suggest that your review our Best Practices Guide to avoid entering stepping into awkward situations with other members. For example, we recommend that you protect yourself by removing private information from your job orders and candidate profiles before posting them on RecruiterCircle.
